About

I’m a motion designer with experience in branding, animation and typography. I can do a broad range of work in these areas, using After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote.

I've worked as a Motion Designer for BBC Creative, Sky Creative Agency, McLaren Formula 1, Fox and property consultants JLL.

My most recent work was for the BBC where I spent 2 years as part of the Core Brand team working on the design and implementation of the multi platform Rebrand project. The area I was mostly involved with was Broadcast Navigation, designing for and implementing a uniform system across BBC ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR and SCOTLAND.

My special expertise is in motion brand implementation, so designing content and packaging delivery payloads, testing for aesthetic and technical compatibility, creating typographic grids and creating style guides that will make sense to a broad range of users. 

Prior to freelancing I worked for 5 Creative as Designer and Animator on several channel rebrands, delivering them to air with particular focus on OSP and their automation. Additionally, I’ve gained DOOH experience whilst designing and illustrating for an online journal of Anthropology.

Spare time is largely spent entertaining the German Pinschers – one of whom pictured!
